My first impression: you were prompt, stuck to the agreed time and went to work immediately. Your technical know-how showed, you answered all my questions and you were very professional throughout the whole time, even went beyond the call of duty, when you offered to do something which normally would not be part of your service call.
To top it all off, first you did not want payment, because you did not see a problem. You felt compelled to help another human being in distress!
